NeuroMoves Hove opened in May 2022. We are located in the Holdfast Bay Community Centre, which is located next to the beach and is run by the YMCA.

Opening Hours: 
 

  • Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 7pm

  • Saturday: 9am – 4pm
