Strength and Conditioning is a cardio and weights-based program designed to improve your health, strength, fitness and endurance! These sessions are structured to challenge your whole body. Depending on your level of function, strength and conditioning can be from your wheelchair or in a standing position, working one-on-one with our Exercise Physiologists.

 

Our Strength and Conditioning program will improve your range of motion, muscle strength and overall physical fitness, empowering you to be your strongest self.
