Small Group Training
Small Group Training sessions are fun, engaging and motivating! We target strength, cardio fitness, balance, control and coordination. Our groups are made up of three to five participants per group with similar goals and skill level.
We offer group training for specific conditions utilising the latest evidence and best practice to make sure you’re working to your full potential.
